General Returns
Items ordered online can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Returned items must be:
-In brand-new, unused condition
-In the original packaging, unopened and undamaged
Swimming goggles and headbands that show signs of use, wear, or tampering are non-returnable.
Items can be returned after validation of our customer support via email at contact@swimeazy.com Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will issue your refund using your original payment method (Visa/Mastercard or Cash). Please allow up to 5 business days to process your return request.
Exchanges
Changed your mind? No problem.
Items ordered online can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

Order Cancellations
Local Orders
You can cancel your order free of any charge within 2 hours from purchase time.
Please send a cancellation email to contact@swimeazy.com with your order number and details.
Once your order is “dispatched” to our carrier partner we are no longer able to undertake any modifications/ cancellations because the order is being loaded or already in the hands of the courier. Your parcel is deemed to be in the process of being shipped.
As a last resort, you can refuse the parcel when delivered and the delivery company will send back the parcel to Swimeazy warehouse. You can as well exercise your right to return after reception.
International Orders
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for orders delivered outside of Lebanon.
Import taxes, duties, and shipping charges are not eligible for refunds.If your international order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer support via contact@swimeazy.com

Conditions for Refund Approval:
– The item you received has a defect related to its production.
– You received an item different from what was originally ordered.
– You changed your mind
Your refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.
You must provide valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.
The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
Once approved, refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment (Visa/Mastercard or Cash).
Delays or Issues with Refunds:
If you’re expecting a refund to a credit or debit card and it hasn’t shown up after 7 business days, please re-check your bank account, and/or contact your card issuer, as processing times may vary.

For cash refunds:
If more than 3 days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received your payment, please contact our support team at contact@swimeazy.com
Shipping Costs:
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If a refund is approved, the original delivery charges will be deducted from your refund amount.

If approved, Aramex will be scheduled to collect your item(s) within 2 working days.
Shipping & Delivery Information
Thank you for shopping with us! Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we handle shipping and delivery:
Order Confirmation & Fulfillment
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email summarizing your purchase and providing tracking details.
Once your items are prepared for shipment, you’ll get a second email notifying you that your order has been fulfilled. Within 4 days, our delivery courier (Aramex) will deliver it to your door.
Domestic Delivery;
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Deliveries are made every day except Sundays and holidays.
Estimated delivery time for local orders is up to 4 business days, assuming the delivery address is correct and complete.
Our courier will contact you once your order is ready for delivery to confirm all details. If you are unreachable for 10 consecutive days, the order will be cancelled and returned. In that case, shipping and handling fees will be deducted before issuing a refund to your original payment method.
International Shipping
We offer shipping to selected countries through our website www.swimeazy.com subject to the following conditions:
All international payments must be made via credit card.
Duties, customs fees, and taxes are not included in the listed prices.
Returns and exchanges are not available for international purchases.
Shipping charges are calculated individually per order, based on location and weight.
Our logistics partner will contact you after your order is fulfilled to verify your address and schedule delivery. If you cannot be reached within 10 days, or if you decline the delivery, the order will be canceled. In such cases, any incurred costs will be subtracted from your refund.
